Constance is a seasoned consultant, speaker, and trainer with over 15 years of experience in small business startup and development. She has helped entrepreneurs and organizations secure and manage multi-million-dollar contracts, exceeding $10 million, and has worked with both individuals and groups to build sustainable, purpose-driven foundations.

Her background includes teaching, training, and speaking in professional, entrepreneurial, and faith-based settings, including supporting churches and ministries as they establish strong operational and leadership foundations. Through Carrack Consulting Group, Constance provides faith-aligned consulting, life and leadership coaching, and practical strategies that empower clients to grow with clarity, excellence, and integrity.
